(formerly Dahua Group Dalian Chemical Machinery Plant) was founded in 1953 and is the governing unit of China Chemical Equipment Association. In 2003, it was restructured from a state-owned enterprise to the current company. In 2009, it completed the relocation and transformation of the enterprise. It is now located in Ershilipao Street, Free Trade Zone, Dalian City. The company's geographical position is superior, the south side is near Dayaowan Wharf, near Shenyang-Dalian-Dalian-Dalian-Dalian highway and 201 and 202 national highways, which provides convenient conditions for cargo transportation.
The company is a Chinese chemical equipment manufacturing enterprise with strong technical force, sophisticated manufacturing equipment, and complete testing methods. It is one of the first domestic enterprises to obtain A1 and A2 manufacturing qualifications for high-pressure three-class vessels. The company obtained D1 and D2 pressure vessel design licenses in 1986; obtained U1 and U2 stamps and certificates from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers in 1991; and passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1999. The company's products have won four "China's No. 1" items and have been recorded in the annals of history, making great contributions to the construction of China's chemical industry.
The company's main products are:
1. The famous steam calciner provides high-quality drying equipment for the domestic and foreign soda ash industry.
2. Various types of pressure vessel equipment, such as towers, heat exchangers, waste heat boilers, separators, reactors, etc., provide high-quality equipment for many domestic petrochemical, oil fields, power plants, fertilizer and soda ash enterprises.
3. The plate heat exchanger is the company's new product, which is assembled using South Korea's LHE advanced technology and key components such as plates and gaskets. At the same time, the company sells laser-welded plate heat exchangers (used for high temperature and high pressure working conditions), and provides reliable energy-saving equipment for power plants and petrochemical enterprises.
