(DHJ) was founded in 1953, formerly known as Dalian Chemical Plant Machinery Branch, and later renamed as Dalian Chemical Industry Company Machinery Plant and Dahua Group Dalian Chemical Machinery Plant. It is one of the backbone enterprises of chemical equipment manufacturing in the country. 1. It is also one of the governing units of China Chemical Equipment Association. According to the requirements of the Dalian Municipal Government, the state-owned enterprise was restructured in 2003, and it became a completely independent limited liability company with independent legal person status.
After the restructuring, DHJ retains the experienced and dedicated engineers and worker technicians of the original enterprise, and also hires a number of professional experts with high salaries. On the basis of retaining all the equipment of the original company, some key equipment was newly purchased to further strengthen its strength in the field of chemical equipment manufacturing. DHJ has strong technical force, complete equipment, complete testing methods, and currently has complete riveting and welding production, mechanical processing, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, physical and chemical inspection and metrological verification equipment.
DHJ has established a sound and complete quality assurance system and is operating normally. Obtained the first batch of three types of pressure vessel (A1, A2) manufacturing license and design license in 1984. In 1991, it obtained the U and U2 authorization certificate and steel seal of ASME in the United States. In 1999, it passed the GB/T19001-1994 quality system certification. Passed the GB/T19001-2000 quality management system certification in 2002, and passed the GB/T19022.1-1994 measurement confirmation system certification for the first part of the measurement equipment together with Dahua Group in 2002.
